FRIED MUSHROOM RECIPE

Fried Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 10 pieces of fresh shitake mushrooms
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil
Flour Dough :
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 ml soda water
  • A chicken egg white, beat until stiff
Complement :
  • Chili Sauce
Directions :
  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Flour Dough: Mix flour garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
  4. Pour the soda water and stir well.
  5. Add beaten egg whites, mix well.
  6. Dip each mushroom in flour batter.
  7. Fry until golden and dry.
  8. Remove and drain.
  9. Serve with Hot Pepper Sauce.
